The Litchfield Elementary School District Educational Foundation (LESDEF) is a 501c3 non-profit organization made up of community members, business leaders, and volunteers dedicated to supporting the students, teachers, and staff of the Litchfield Elementary School District.

Welcome to the Litchfield Elementary School District Educational Foundation
Litchfield Elementary School District serves over 10,000 students across 16 schools in the cities of Avondale, Buckeye, Goodyear, and Litchfield Park. With a dedicated team of more than 1,400 professionals, LESD works tirelessly to foster success both in the classroom and beyond.
As a private, independent non-profit, the LESDEF collaborates closely with the district but operates separately. Our board of directors is made up of local community members, business leaders, and volunteers who work passionately to raise funds and direct initiatives aimed at improving educational experiences for all.

Additionally, we work to provide valuable employee recognition for the teachers and staff who make an incredible impact on our students’ lives every day.
