Litchfield Elementary School District Educational Foundation

The Litchfield Elementary School District Educational Foundation (LESDEF) is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the teachers, staff, and students in the “A” rated Litchfield Elementary School District. LESDEF’S primary objective is recognizing teacher and staff excellence. 

In 2017, LESDEF launched an ambitious campaign to create an endowed fund.  Through its Centennial Brick campaign, LESDEF raised over $156,000.

One of the ways that LESDEF recognizes excellent staff and teachers is through the presentation of PRIDE Awards.  Each year, the teachers and staff at each LESD school choose one teacher and one staff member to receive an award.

Although we have made significant progress, we aren’t done yet!  LESDEF is working to expand our ability to support LESD teachers, staff, and students.  Please check back frequently for ways that you can help.
